I have to create C02 footprint calculation for a project at my university. My first idea was to create some sort of material library (value propertys with name and C02 emissions in kg/kg?) but it's not working out for me. The calculation part is easy: C02footprint (kg)= mass(part kg)*C02(material kg/kg) but i'm not sure how to connect the material information with the calculation. It would also be nice to import the material library from an excel sheet if possible. The attached image shows my current attempt with just one material but i think it's unpractical to connect more materials in this way.
Maybe someone can help me with my problem or give me some ideas how to solve this
