Cameo Information Modeling

I was looking at the Cameo Concept Modeler demo and was wondering if someone here can shed some light on the differences between the concept model and information model. Also, for some reason, I do not see the Information Modeling option on my Cameo Concept Modeler. Is it a separate plugin? If so then a link to download the plugin would help.
