Creating Relationships Across Project Usages

Hello,

I would DataHub to import relationships defined by DOORS linksets for requirements in project usages. For example, I have a project with a parent set of requirements and a project usage with child requirements both populated through a Datahub link to DOORS modules. In DOORS, I have a linkset defining the relationship between the two modules. When performing a synchronization to the parent module from the owning project in Cameo, it successfully identified the links and mapped them to a SysML relationship type, but no instances of the relationships were created. Is it possible to create relationships across project usages, or do all requirements with relationships need to be in the same project if they are to populated automatically via Datahub?
