Diagram with future event

Postby Ketrey » Thu Oct 11, 2018 2:55 am

Hi everyone,

i would like to display a vehicle that is driving on a road in a diagram. If i hit a signal, a "traffic light" line shall appear in a specific distance. Is it possible, to create such future Events in a Diagramm?

See Image attached.

Thank you very much

Kind regards

Hello Ketrey,

MagicDraw and other our tools support graphical notation based on UML metamodel. You could take a look here for the examples here: https://docs.nomagic.com/display/MD190/UML+diagrams.

You cannot directly model such a diagram as you've attached. However, it may be a simulation result of your UML/SysML model: https://docs.nomagic.com/display/CST190/Timeline+chart

I recommend you to read No Magic documentation to determine if these modeling tools are suitable for you: https://docs.nomagic.com/

Best regards,

Hello Mrs. Donatas Mazeika,

thank you for your Reply. I`ve already achieved to simulate my "vehicle and the traffic light" with the Simulation Toolkit. Now my only Problem left is to display the traffic light with it`s value in future. I read the documentation and tried different Things but it doesn`t work like i want i to.

Is it even possible to simulate and display "in the future"?

Thank you very much
