Eclipse / WebSphere Studio Application Developer integration?

Postby Christian R Arnold » Sun Mar 03, 2002 2:16 pm

I'd like to cast my vote for Eclipse (www.eclipse.org) support, and
specifically, IBM's Eclipse-based product, WebSphere Studio Application
Developer (www.ibm.com/software/ad/studioappdev/).

For those of us who have loyally used IBM VisualAge for J2EE development and
are now migrating to IBM WSAD, it seems like an excellent opportunity for
NoMagic to get in on the ground floor and provide us with a rational
alternative to the competition.

Christian,

The Eclipse integration is already being implemented. Eclipse support will
be available with MagicDraw 5.5, coming this June.

We are targeting Eclipse 2.0, so integration with WSAD will be available
when it will move to Eclipse 2.0.

Best regards,

You may find a readme file in the MagicDraw installation
directory/Integrations/Eclipse
