Getting "Unable to open 'Open Server Project' Dialog" dialog

I can get a floating license from the License server.
I can log in to Teamwork Cloud
But I get the Getting "Unable to open 'Open Server Project' Dialog"...(attached) when I try to open a server project
Reinstall did not help.
What do I need to check from the server side?

Solution: With Cameo Systems Modeler closed, renaming the <configuration directory> named 'restricted', then starting the application did it for me.

Ahmed, asSalam alaykum.. would you please elaborate more on the solution. I am a real newbie to this. How to rename the configuration dir? Which file to edit and where to find it?

I'm having the same issue. I receive the message after logging into TWC.
I also changed my domain password during my last successful session, which was two days ago.
It seems I'm the only one in my company who is having this problem.

Could you provide the resolution?
