How to set value for a Tags property value?

Hi there, just putting it out there.
Say I have a Tag Definitions property called “Address” defined in a stereotype block. I have a target block with the mentioned stereotype applied. How do I get/set this “Address” property from my target block programmatically? I can access the target block in code, but I am having problem accessing and setting the named property. Please help. Thanks.
