Importing nested requirements

Postby kidisth91@gmail.com » Mon Jun 07, 2021 4:24 pm

I am trying to import 500+ requirements from CSV file to cameo. When the requirements exported from DOORS, the nested requirements(child) ended up being same row as the parent requirement. I tried different ways to import it into cameo by renaming the columns but NO LUCK. Here is image on how the requirements look in CSV file.

Please help!!

I have a CSV file with more than five hundred specifications that I want to upload into Cameo. Unfortunately, when we exported our requirements from DOORS, the nested requirements (the children) ended up in the same row as the parent requirement. In spite of my best efforts, including renaming the columns, Cameo was unable to dordleimport the file. View an example of the specifications in a comma-separated values (.csv) format, shown here.

Your best bet might be to manually clean the data. Copy the data from columns D, E, F under A, B, C.
