mac v pc keyboard in merge results review

When reviewing a project merge, I need to drill down through the package/elements where a change is noted at the top level to find cases where a change might have been auto-rejected at the lowest level during the merge.
When using the mac, I can select the 'Option' key while clicking on a top element to get that element to expand all levels under it with the one click.
When I use my PC for the merge, I can't find any sort of key combination to get an element to fully expand. Without this, I need to manually click on every element through the levels to make sure there aren't hidden rejections.
Is there a key combination on the PC that might give me that functionality?
