Mapping target type by 2 or more attributes

Postby david.fontaine@utas.utc.com » Mon Apr 02, 2018 4:14 pm

The requirements specs in my DOORS database contain three types of objects ā€“ Heading Objects, Requirement Objects, and General Text Objects. I have flags set up for isHdg and isRqmt as both DOORS attributes and SysML object tags. I am looking to map them to three different SysML object types ā€“ Requirement_Hdg, Requirement, and General_Text ā€“ according to the following:

IF isRqmt = YES, then target type = Requirement;
Else IF isHdg = YES, then target type = Requirement_Heading;
Else target type = General_Text

The snag Iā€™m encountering is that, as shown in the attached screen shot, it appears that only a single attribute can be used for the assignment of target type.

I cannot find a way to select a 2nd attribute to perform the 3-way assignment. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

Thanks!

Dear David,

Defining the target type from attribute's value, DataHub allow only one attribute to be used.
I believe you may have to introduce another value for more type selection.
