MD 1703/UPDM-2 Import CSV - Capabilities does not work

Hi:

I am using MD 17.0.3 with SysML 17.0.3, UPDM-2 17.0.3, and Cameo Data Modeler 17.0.3. I have a .csv file that I am trying to import where each row has data for the name, owner, and ownedComment elements.

My goal is to import this information a set of Operational Activities, a set of Capabilities, and a set of Use Cases.

I can import CSV into Operational Activities with no problems when selecting Target Element Type of "Activity" and Target Stereotype of "Operational Activity".

However I've tried many combinations of Target Element Type and Target Stereotype and cannot end up with "Capability" objects. The closest I get is when selecting Target Element Type of "Class" and Target Stereotype of "Capability". I end up with objects of type "Class" that have an Applied Stereotype of "Capability [Class] [SoaML Profile]". Examining the specification for a Capability that I make manually, I think I need to end up with Applied Stereotype of "Capability [Class] [UPDM Profile::UPDM L1::UPDM L0::Core::Strategic Elements::Capability".

Any guidance for how to import CSV and end up with a set of Capabilities ?
