Nest / UnNest Not Working

I'm new to the Cameo Requirements Plugin but loving it. I've added a few customized requirement stereotypes (extending the ExtendedRequirement [Class]) that is working fine with Nest and Unnest controls when used within a Requirements Table. However, today the Nest and Unnest controls are disabled. I've rebooted and even tried to create a new Requirements Project from the Template, but with no luck.

Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I actually did discovery that if I create a Requirement Table Diagram, and do NOT customize the Scope (Custom / Find / Type), the Nest and Unnest controls work. It would be nice to have a customized Requirement Table also enable these controls.
