Conditional formatting

Postby nmierse@collaboration-factory.de » Thu Oct 20, 2016 3:58 am

Hi there,

I'd like to know if, on project level, there is a way to adapt symbol properties of a uml Element depending on some conditions (e.g. use case ellipses are white if use case has stereotype x or if sterotype property y has value z etc.).

Thk in advance for feedback
Nat

Dear Nat,

You may define a style for a particular stereotype. When you assign a stereotype to an element, this style is applied to the symbol. For more details please refer to MagicDraw UML Profiling & DSL User Guide, "Customizing Style of Stereotyped Elements" section

Yours Sincerely,
