Cameo Collaborator issues

Hi,
my team has recently installed Collaborator 18.0 Sp4 for evaluation. However, when I publish a model, I get a successful notification in Cameo EA, but when I goto view that model in the Web Browser, it says there is no Content. I believe I'm doing everything correctly, and I reloaded my license file. Please see associated screenshots for more details.

Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

Hi, it might be a little late.
As I see in the first picture, it is not the diagram pane that you are trying to view. I think It is a document view for such as visio, excel, etc. When you just one-click on model file on alfresco it should open a pane like first picture on this link :

It might take some time to be able to view the published project on Collaborator/Alfresco.

Hello,

This issue was resolved via customer support ticket by reinstalling Alfresco. The reason was wrong AMP file copied into amps_share directory.
