Suppress displayed elements from compartments

Postby twinpeaksr2 » Thu Jul 27, 2017 2:57 pm

I am new to SysML and Magicdraw, so maybe this is simple and I am just missing it.

In my BDD, I have several blocks connected with associations and composition connections. When i first created the BDD, as I showed the connections on the diagram, they would be removed from the appropriate compartment on the block. I recently applied stereotypes to color code the blocks, after I did that, the compartments display every association (Reference compartment) and composition (Part compartment).

How do I suppress the displayed association and compositions from the compartments?

Thanks!

Hello,

Have you tried checking Symbol Properties of the block and the property "Show Association Ends as Attributes" ? The value should be set to "Without Association Symbol".

If the value is different, you can change it to different via Symbol Styles (both for new and existing symbols). Please see more about formatting symbols, symbol styles and how to use them at https://docs.nomagic.com/display/MD185/ ... ng+symbols
