Hi,
My profile ID is 666507. I have purchased MBSE and SysML online training courses. I received an email (see below) from No Magic Support Team asking to download my purchased items. However, the download page (https://www.magicdraw.com/download/purchased) shows the message: "You have no purchased products.".

Please fix this asap.
