Cameo "No magic News"

I was wondering if there was a way to either add "local news" to the No Magic News area where maybe it could read in a local file to display information that is only needed locally.

maybe something to read while the tool is starting. But, we would like to be able to push our own news. Maybe.. something like

"Come to the next Cameo Working Group Meetings on ....."

Currently it is not possible to replace the default MagicDraw RSS news reader with a custom one.
