Meta Chain Navigation in Generic Table (Element ID)

Postby christopher.yu95@g.ucla.edu » Mon Mar 19, 2018 12:22 pm

I am currently making a generic table scoped to several ports in an IBD, and I was wondering if there is anyway to create custom columns for various "Element ID" (e.g. _18_5_2_4c1014b_1519336668288_348982_79043) via meta chain navigation?

The option to select the "Element ID" of any model element does not appear in the property column when creating the meta chain.

Thanks in advance,
-Chris

Hello Christopher,

It is possible to do that by specifying custom column via script. Copy the script code, paste it to a script code editor and specify groovy language:
Code: Select all
arg1.getID()
