Merging a Local Project into a Teamwork Cloud Project

Is it possible to merge a local project (.mdzip) into an existing Teamwork Cloud project? I can't seem to find a way to make the source of the merge a local project.

A little background: We have a Teamwork Cloud project that is a sort of reference model. The group that develops the model does so in an isolated environment and provides us updates in form of a mdzip file. I would like to update the Teamwork Cloud project with this more recent mdzip file.
