Issue with sending same signal repeatedly

Postby c_mathur@yahoo.com » Sat Dec 29, 2018 12:04 pm

Hello All,
Using MD18.5, SP2, DoDAF, UPDM2

My simple model has 3 signals and the corresponding opaque behaviors that print to console. After I send signal 1, I cannot re-send it unless I send signal 2 and signal 3 (not necessarily in that order). Only after this I am able to send signal 1 again. If I don’t follow this, I get a warning that signal 1 has not been consumed and has been removed. The attached image shows the simulation run.

I’ve read several posts with similar topics to this one, and am trying to determine if there is an issue with 18.5 or something I’m doing wrong. If an issue in 18.5, is there a known work-around and/or has this been fixed in 19.0?

Happy new year to all.

Thank you,
cm

Thanks to some prior posts I was able to figure out how to fix this.
The key was to introduce a fork prior to waiting for the signals. I re-factored the model slightly. please refer to attached diagram. Thanks
