fUML saveValueToInstance

Postby Jacob.alva@navy.mil » Wed Aug 14, 2019 11:15 am

Was the open API, "com.nomagic.magicdraw.simulation.fuml.fUMLHelper.saveValueToInstance(object, instance)" ever added to cameo? I read a fourm post from 2013 saying that it would be added in version 17. It does not work for me.

I just looked and it's still there in version 19 sp2, but its part of the Simulation plugin. If you don't have that installed, you can't access it.

Hope that helps.

I have the cameo simulation toolkit if that is the plugin you are refering to. I keep recieving the following error:

org.mozilla.javascript.EvaluatorException: Can't find method com.nomagic.magicdraw.simulation.fuml.fUMLHelper.saveValueToInstance(fUML.Semantics.Classes.Kernel.Object_,fUML.Semantics.Classes.Kernel.Object_). (<Unknown source>#1) in <Unknown source> at line number 1 expression body: com.nomagic.magicdraw.simulation.fuml.fUMLHelper.saveValueToInstance(object, instance)
