TWC 19.0 SP2 - forgotten admin password

I have forgotten the Teamwork cloud 19.0 SP2 administrator password. Is there a way to reset the admin password to the default?

Will the admin password revert back to the default if I backup the database and reinstall twc 19.0 sp2? Will it revert back to the default if I upgrade to 19.0 sp3?
