Dark Mode

A dark mode theme would be greatly appreciated. Much easier on the eyes for many of us. This is both the GUI and a project options set for dark mode theme diagrams and elements.

I have been trying to make my own using the custom Look and Feel theme for the Metal style but it doesn't seem to be working.
