Glossary Customization

Using MD 18.1 with DODAF 2.0 the default glossary only has 2 fields--term and description.
How do you add additional data fields?
Need to add columns for: Term ID#, Long Term, Short Term/Acronym, Description, and Authoritative Source.

Glossary table is not extendable with additional data fields currently, so there is no way to customize it.

Hi,
is this still valid that there is no way to add an extra column to a glossary table? According to a post below, this was not possible four years ago.
If a column still cannot be added, the only solution is to keep the glossary outside of the project, isn't it?
