DataHub IBM Rational Doors to MagicDraw DHLinks not saving in Team Server

MagicDraw version: 19.0 SP3
Cameo DataHub version 19.0 SP3
Teamwork server version 19.0 SP3
IBM Rational Doors version 9.6.1.2 64 bit

Description:

I have a MagicDraw project created on Teamwork server. When I tried to import requirements from IBM Rational Doors using DataHub One-way Sync to MagicDraw, it worked successfully and I could see requirements copied across to MagicDraw side along with DHLinks created.

However, after I committed the changes to the server, logged out and exited the application. And then reopened MagicDraw and the project again, the copied requirements are saved correctly, but the synchronisation information (DHLinks) is lost.

I am able to copy data from DOORS to MagicDraw using the same method when a project is saved locally and the DHLinks persist.

Solution

What I found is there is a package DataHub Profile which is only visible when Show Auxiliary Resources is selected. If my DataHub isn't working, I would need to delete DataHub Profile and DataHub_Data_{ProjectName}. And MagicDraw will re-create them and DataHub would be working again.
