Transition from Sparx to Cameo

My company is trying to transition from Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect to Cameo Systems Modeler.
We have quite a few diagrams that already exist in EA, therefore, it would be really beneficial if there was an easy way to import these diagrams into cameo.
I have googled and searched the forums but havent found a straightforward answer. Anyone, know how to do this, or if you can do this? I worry that we will have to manually build these diagrams out.
