Activate Plugins After Startup

Hello,

My organization uses floating licenses. If I am going to simply view models, I don't select plugins that I would need for editing in order to keep licenses free for folks who do need to do some editing.

When I finish my reviewing tasks, I may find that I need to go in and edit some diagrams or model elements myself. Is there a way to check license availability and enable plugins without having to restart Cameo?
