BPMN and form building

I am very new to the world of BPMN and using it in Cameo. I have built a workflow to help my team assess documents for archival purposes and really like how it is going. Right now though I am stuck on how to configure a "form". I have built the workflow so that as the process is going there is a "form" attached that will be updated. My question is, is there a way to make this form inside of Cameo? If not what is the best way to make it and have it apart of this workflow?
