Logging CSM v19sp1 into TWC 19

I've run CSM v19sp1 for a small period of time and now for the first time logging into TWC after the TWC v19 upgrade. Per our setup I go to Single Sign-O to login with the SSL box checked. It comes up to "starting Internal Web Browser" and this runs for a few minutes. At the end receive the error message "An unexpected error has occurred during the initialization of Single Sign-On." Any ideas on what needs to be done?

Hello,
What type of users have you created in TWC?
If you are using internal users or LDAP, then you do not use the single sign on - single sign on is used when configured for Common Access Cards or similar identity providers.
If you do not have CAC conmfigured, you need to use the regular sign-in.

Yes using this because of our CAC cards. Didn't have a problem with CAC it seems until I put this SP1 on my installation as other 19 users don't have SP1 and can access TWC.

HI,
So, if I understand correctly, users using CSM 19.0 are not having an issue authenticating via CAC to the same server, whereas you are on CSM 19.0SP1?
Do you happen to have CSM 19.0 installed on the same machine, and if so, is it able to connect without issue?
In order to see what is happening, we would need your csm.log file.
I recommend you open a support ticket through the support system, wherein you can upload the log file.

One of my team members is having the same issue (using CAC to log into to TWC from CSM). Was there a root cause / fix found in any of the previous cases?
