Merging Two Packages of a same Project

Hello,
I have an situation where I need to merge two packages of a same project. Project branching and merging is not suitable option for me as it creates many number of branches at end of the day. So I am looking for a way where I can simply merge two packages in a Project. Is there any such methods available in Cameo.
