Dynamic Legend and Conditions Based on Relationships

Hello,

I have a set of blocks that are all related to each other, and a subset of these blocks is owned by 3 different teams through a directed relationship. On my diagram I am trying to show how these blocks interact with each other and use a dynamic legend to show which teams own which blocks.

The attached picture is my desired end state.
