Flow direction for ICD

Postby aaron » Fri Apr 22, 2022 2:27 pm

Hi all,

In generating an ICD, the flow direction seems randomly selected - there's not a "left side flows to right side." I have an item with a port that feeds two other items, both in the A->B and A->C directions. These show up as two lines in the whitebox ICD, one showing "A->B" and the other showing "C<-A." The directions are correct but the table is confusing. And if you export the ICD to a spreadsheet, the flow direction isn't shown at all (which is itself a problem, I think). Is there a way to "reverse" the display for a particular line in the ICD in order to rationalize the table?

thanks

Ah, I figured out that the order in which you connect the ports matter. But it would be useful to have a way to reverse it, or tell the ICD to align the one-way flows to all go the same direction.
