Hello,
According to UML 2.5 Profile, part 12.4.9.5, second part:
"profile() : Profile
A stereotype must be contained, directly or indirectly, in a profile.".
Also, a profile description: "A profile defines limited extensions to a reference metamodel with the purpose of adapting the metamodel to a specific platform or domain."
Basically, you need to create a Profile element in the browser and move your stereotype into it to fix the validation error. While we do not forbid stereotype creation out of profiles, such modeling is invalid and not according the standards - modeling extensions should be created in dedicated profile.
You may ignore this error if you plan to keep with one stereotype only. However, if you plan to have more stereotypes, customization classes, you may want to move everything to dedicated profile - this also allows you to export the profile to separate project later and reuse in other projects.
