Requirements in Allocation Matrix

Hello ,
I am trying to create an allocation matrix for Requirements X Blocks.
But the requirements without heading are not visible in the matrix. Only req. ID is shown. It becomes difficult to identify the requirement in the matrix.
Most of the requirementns are with no heading but with text only.
Anyone having solution for this?

Other than hovering over the requirement to show text, there isn't a way to add text to a requirement to a matrix.
