OSLC linking two Cameo projects

Has anyone ever linked two Cameo projects with OSLC to reduce the size of used projects??

If Project A is large, and you only want to use like 2-3% of it in Project B, can you use OSLC to link just those elements that you want instead of loading the whole of Project A?

Digging into things more, it looks like, at least in our version (2021x), Cameo is only a consumer of OSLC links, not a provider. So this is not currently possible.
