The data was not pasted

Hello!
I'm trying to copy a diagram from one package to another. When I attempt to paste the diagram, I get a light green box at the lower right hand corner that says, "the data was not pasted." I've cut and paste diagrams from one package to another previously. We just updated our client side software version . I'm attempting to do this within a Teamwork Cloud project.

I opened a local project, same outcome.

I opened a different Teamwork Cloud project, and the paste completed successfully.

Can anyone tell me what's going on?

To duplicate a diagram, hold ctrl down, drag the diagram to the new package in the containment tree.
