Err: Port specified in SendSignalAction not found in context

Hi!

I am attempting to run a simulation of a block("LanderStructure") which owns an activity diagram. The activity diagram at some point triggers other activity diagrams which send signals via ports on the Controller block (a subsystem of Lander Structure).
However, when I execute the Lander Structure block, I get the error: Port specified in SendSignalAction not found in context.
This error occurs in the Sandbox 5 package of my model but not in Sandbox 3 where I did not have the activity diagram.

Now, I'm not sure what the context mentioned in the error is and how to modify the model so I can still send signals through the Controller ports. Any insight would be appreciated!
