Visualisation of dependencies in SysML (using Cameo)

Postby niels.fangmeier@zf.com » Fri Mar 31, 2023 2:56 am

I have a question regarding displaying of associated model elements.

Using a table in SysML, it is relatively easy to assign model elements, e.g. security goals (e.g. as requirements) to other model elements (e.g. in bdd). (The same can also be used for the assignment of life phases, use cases, etc.). Now I would like to see in the model (e.g. bdd) which security goals are assigned via the table and also the contents (requirement text) of the goal. I would also be able to visualize to which model element any security goal is assigned.
Unfortunately, I haven't found a solution yet on how to visualize these dependencies in the model.

Have you tried "Display Related Elements"? You should be able to drag icons for most elements onto a bdd and create most dependencies visually.

Thanks for for the hint.
