Saving multiple project usages into one file

Hello,

We have a project that usages multiple project usages to build it. We would like to save the whole project as one flat file, rather than have all the project usages saved as separate project files. Is there a way in Cameo/MagicDraw to save a project and all it's project usages into one file?
