Reverse Code Engineering Legacy Code

When I use code engineering to bring in C++ legacy code, I am not seeing all the variables such as function return types, variables, included libraries, etc. I was wondering if there was a way to get the entire .cpp and .h to be read into Cameo. What is the best way to bring in c++ code into cameo, so that the file is functional identical.
