TWC API to create new resource

Hello,

In this document here: https://docs.nomagic.com/display/TWCloud190SP1/Model+manipulation
It is possible to create a resource (project) using the TWC API, but MagicDraw cannot read it.

However, I want to know if there is a work around that using the API? It just seems like this API call is useless if not.
