Working remotely

How well does this teamwork server work over the internet? We are looking to
have a server based in the UK, and engineers connect to the same model from
their homes in the UK and from offices in the US.

Regards,
Graham

Hello,

It depends on network speed and model size. Generally each project open/update/commit sends archived project file trough network.
If you have good connection you should have no problems.

Hi,

If we were to use the floating licences will the authentication across the
internet be OK. I ask this as we currently have a package which uses FlexLM
and the constant authentication of the floating licence makes the package
almost unusable when working over the internet/VPN.

Thanks,
Graham

Hello Graham,

Sorry but we need more details about your problem.
Could you give more details or suggestions how we can improve floating license to make it more usable ?

Regards
