Floating Server License Problem

Postby Ted Kahn » Thu Jul 26, 2007 3:01 pm

Hello- We have a floating license, but it is a time-limited version
pending payment receipt. We also have a full commercial license (paid
for) for SysML. The problem is that the SysML license is rejected as
invalid. However, when I run the SysML license when in stand-alone mode,
it works fine.

Question: Is this problem because of running a commercial plug-in
license under a limited 12.5 license? That is, once we get the
commercial 12.5 license, our SysML license will work with the Floating
License Server? Or, is there another problem?

Thanks, -ted

Hello Ted,

SysML license is inside floating server license key. There is no need to
enter seperate key. Because you bought SysML plugin later than floating
server, floating key does not has information about plugins.
I have sent you new floating server key to your email. Next time, you can do
that loging to www.magicdraw.com and pressing Send keys button from License
list (on the right menu).
Hope this information was useful.

Sincerely,
