Loosing Diagrams after Importing a Package

Postby Christoph Müller » Thu Jan 08, 2009 1:22 am

Hi there,

We are working with MD 15.0 and the corresponding teamwork server.
I recently exported a package from one teamwork project and imported it in
another one.

Everything seamed to work fine, commits, updates etc.

After about 30-50 commits from different users there were some BPMN diagrams
missing (just some BPMN diagrams, not all and no elements were missing).
We then set back to the last complete version.
Around a month later the same thing happend, with the same missing BPMN
diagrams.

Have you got any idea what causes this problem? There hasn't been a aborted
commit or anything that went wrong during the commits.

Best regards,
Chris

Hello Chris,

How did you imported package ?
Such problems may happens when diagrams in module and in main project have the
same ancestor. For example exported module was copy pasted in file system and
then project uses both original and copy pasted modules. There may be more
scenarios for such problem.

Regards
