RConverter Error

I am trying to convert some models from Rational Rose to Magic Draw using RConverter, and it fails and in the log I get the following error.

<Error>:Invalid keyMD_RConverter010011001001

Not sure why I am getting this error. Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Matthew,
This error seems like didn't print out directly from the RConverter itself. So, could you attach the RConverter log file for us to investigate? We guarantee the confidential.
We would like to know how far the RConverter has actually processed. According to the log file will be replaced for each of time you start the conversion, so please run the conversion again. And right after you got this problem, please copy us the file from <installed folder>/Resource/rconverterlog.txt
