Reduced image quality in PPT Reports

Postby ilan.sklar@gtri.gatech.edu » Tue Oct 31, 2017 6:56 pm

I have about 10 freeform diagrams, each contains a jpg image covered with a few "text inside box" cameo pieces. The jpg images look fine in Cameo at 100% zoom. When I build a powerpoint (Diagram Presentation Powerpoint) presentation using the Cameo tool, the images lose a lot of quality. What can I do to prevent the quality loss?

Hello,

You may check the report image property in your Report Wizard dialog, in the last step.
The best quality is PNG.

If this still could not solve your problem, please go to File > Save As Image... menu.
Then select the image type that you are selecting for the report, and click the Option button.
Finally, adapt your image resolution and try to save the diagram once, the resolution would be applied to generated diagram image on the Report Wizard report for this image format.
