Resyncing to a new DOORS module

The DOORS module my Cameo model is synced to was updated, copied, and stored as a new DOORS module. Is there a way to sync the existing requirements in Cameo with the corresponding requirements in the new DOORS module, given I still have access to the old DOORS module and its associated links?
