Sharing dictionary across the server

Whenever I or my teammates run validation on our project, the validation comes up with a plethora of spelling errors. Unfortunately, even after I or another teammate add words to dictionary and commit, other team members still get the same spelling errors when they run validation. Is there a way to share a dictionary across the server?
