Using Multiple DOORS Attributes to MD Property Sync

Trying to determine if there is a way to map values from multiple DOORS attributes into a single MagicDraw property during DOORS to MagicDraw synchronization.

Most of our DOORS modules have either Heading Information (if a heading) or Object Short Text (if a requirement) filled in but not both.

Ideally would like to populate the MagicDraw Requirement Name with Heading Content or if it is blank then default to Object Short Text.

Currently the Schema Manager does not seem to support this - only single attribute mappings but the instructions on the custom rules dialog are not fully clear.
