v19sp1 Teamwork Cloud Merge not merge Customizations?

for project merging, does that functionality not correctly merge customizations? I have a project where on trunk there are some customizations, however on the branch i've made updates of adds, deletes, modifies. Upon running the merge I get the attached warning message what sounds like anything with customizations or associated profile stereotypes won't get merged?

Upon the merge the content for customizations as well as stereotypes with properties did not get properly merged, is this expected?

Should we only be doing profile content / customizations for profiles only on file and not do that on TWC for this reason?
